    NETWORKING AND ProjeCT OPERATIONS


    Since the year 2001, Fish Innovation Centre has been running projects on both domestic and international grounds. Project operations provided a new method of developing the sector and were so successful, that it was deemed necessary to permanently establish these operations through a limited company, whose owners are all dedicated to regional and international development.

    Innovative and international operations are seen as a strength and opportunity for developing the region and sector, targeted to sole entrepreneurs and large research institutions alike. Project operations are diverse and range from resolving technical issues in production, to international marketing and the creation of commercial contacts.

    Cleantech and food safety solutions in sustainable shrimp industry of India
    FIC Ltd. and Kuopio Innovation Ltd. have prepared a project to apply Finnish Ceantech and Food safety solutions in developing sustainable vannamei shrimp industry of India.
