PROJECT SERVICES
Fish Innovation Centre will handle the entire project cycle of the client. Planning phases include information retrieval, pre-feasibility studies and contracts, project plans and financial planning. During the implementation phase we take care of project administration, financial administration, follow-up and reporting, all within the frameworks set up by various funding agencies. Our operations are based on the Log Frame approach and PCM (Project Cycle Management)-protocol. The scope of the service, quotations and responsibilities are agreed upon together with the client.
EXPERTISE SERVICES
The personnel and expertise cluster of FIC Ltd. have strong back-ground and skills in fishery, aquaculture, food processing and food safety. Project references cover 35 countries with field experiences in developing countries.
